I've created a simple PunkBuster legacy installer for Call of Duty 2, 4 and WAW. This setup installs the required services and files (basically does what the guide linked to in original post of this topic says). I don't know if it's useful to anyone but I hope it is. Should work on Windows 7 and newer, has been tested on Windows 10 only. http://deploy.timpotze.nl/packages/PunkbusterLegacy.zip (14MB) Simply open the setup and press next a few times.
