    Dean, your video port is in the board, not part of the case. The case essentially controls air flow for good cooling and it looks pretty. Everything you need to plug devices in is part of the board. Just don't do it on carpet surface. [emoji38]

    The panel cables will be specific to your case. If you look closely at the connector ends attached to the front panel of your case, they will identify which one is pwr, etc and is + or -. Now look at your board and beside the bottom row of 3 SATA ports, you should see a set of pins, 8 to 10 of them, labelled 'Panel'. The panel connectors will go here, just look for pwr +, pwr -, hdd, etc. whatever you have coming off of your front panel. Just connect them to the correct pin. Hope this helps.

    Oh oh. Sounds a little like a mobo issue. Check your cables going to your board and make sure they're not loose.

    With the side panel off and if not a solid state hard drive, can you feel or tell if it is powering up? Pc turns on then just sits there... Thinking possibly bad drive, loose, or bad cable maybe.

    You do not need a sound card. If you're PC is not loading then you have other issues. Check to make sure all your connections to drives are not loose. Are you getting any message or beeping sounds when trying to load?
