There is a lot of good advice here. My wife and I went with an agent we knew and trusted to do what was in our best interest. A home inspection is always a good thing as well these days to try and make sure nothing major is being hidden from you. Anyway, enjoy your new home whichever you choose. An excellent investment for sure. I enjoy owning my own home, the pride and the work I put into it. Cheers

Too bad about the mixer. Played it once in a while as there were some fun mods. I think some of the pitfalls were mods mods like "one in the chamber". Although not bad, can be a long wait time to play again. Either way, think the FT saw more traffic.

Today my Wife and I had our 4th Anniversary and being that we both like sea food, decided to go out for at dinner which we don't do very often, especially with our 4 kids. It was a sea food night that we enjoyed at Red Lobster... garlic and lemon basted skewered jumbo shrimp, rock lobster tail... Yummy. Just thought I'd share.
