you can smoke the chips Sparty? ............when I grill Salmon or any kind of fish I like to use the wood chips along with the charcoal....but I like your choices @Spartacus also any kind of charcoal that isn't soaked in lighter fluid .....this is why I like the "hot box" and no,this is not a reference to a female body part @WeednFeed ...... also....I know this isn't grilling but I have been looking into a wood pellet smoker that is really nice.....my next step.... There is so much I want to say.....first, I am so sorry for the loss of both your parents I know how that is...I have lost both of mine...my mother when I was 27 and my father when I was 41 and that was tough for me.I can't imagine losing both in a short span of time,I know it's rough and about your Grandfather too but wow 97 !!
