you can smoke the chips Sparty? ............when I grill Salmon or any kind of fish I like to use the wood chips along with the charcoal....but I like your choices @Spartacus also any kind of charcoal that isn't soaked in lighter fluid .....this is why I like the "hot box" and no,this is not a reference to a female body part @WeednFeed ...... also....I know this isn't grilling but I have been looking into a wood pellet smoker that is really nice.....my next step....
