Probibly going to have to upgrade your power supply as well. All of the newer motherboards either have a 4x4 +4 or 2x 4x4 CPU power connectors.
You can get a Very good air cooler for the CPU for around $50. It's even slightly better than the big top of the line $109 Noctua NH-D15. And you don't have to worry about an AIO pump failing or the radiator fins clogging up with dust.
This is the one that I got. Some people say that the fans are a bit noisy but mine is very quiet. I can't hear it over the fans on my Founders Edition RTX 2070 Super.
