Nope that is not the Temperature.That is what they call Thermal Margin. 
  
IF CoreTemp actually could read AMD temps correctly it would show it as Thermal Margin.

Thermal Margin indicates how far the current operating temperature is below the maximum operating temperature of the processor.Your 6C is dangerously close the the Maximum Thermal Operating Temperature.Your Max is 90C so your temp was 84C. 
  
90C - 6C = 84C  very very Hot 
90C - 25C = 65C  Still pretty damn hot
