Final update for a while. Been super busy and extremely extremely tired. Still not sleeping worth a damn. Got dad back from the hospital. Bad news is that he has to have Dialyses every couple of days. His kidneys did not make a full recovery. They are working at between 5-8% capacity but they might come back over time. They did a bunch of tests and his heart functionality passed the stress tests with flying colors. No limitations on activity but he is on a very strict diet so he will not have much strength to do much. Doc set up appointments for cardiovascular rehab so that will get him moving around a bit. He has to go in for 4 hours every 3 days for Dialyses. Hoping his kidneys wake the fuck up really quick. 35% of hemodialysis patients remain alive after five years of treatment. That shit drains the life rite out of a person.

You might have unknowingly downloaded it from another server. Some servers you join and it auto patches. It's a Pain in the ass. I joined a server to play around with cod4 mw3 mod and it was running 1.8 and it auto installed the darn thing as soon as I joined. Forgot how to roll it back so I had to reinstall.

Update: Called his family doctor and he called down and found out that they sent him back up to Conemaugh hospital. Got a number to call up there and talked to them. They are NOT happy that our local POS hospital did not inform us of his situation or even tell us they were sending him up to Conemaugh hospital. Conemaugh hospital is the best one around here so I'm happy that he is up there. Apparently it was NOT his heart this time. His Kidneys quit working and he was full of toxins which was making him sick as a dog and it causes heart fluctuations and severe pain rite across the rib cage (below the heart) and around the back. Not a good thing to happen after having a Heart attack only weeks before. They had him on 20 different pills wtf did they expect to happen? Luckily his liver and stuff is working the way they should. They pushed fluids and got his Kidneys restarted and started Kidney dialysis. They do not know at this time whether he will have to continue going in for future Kidney dialysis but they are saying that it looks like they might have caught it before any serious damage was done so there is a good chance that he will not have to have Kidney dialysis in the future. They say it was caused by his extremely low blood pressure from being clogged up and having the heart attack. Not enough blood flow to keep everything running the way it should. I have no idea why they did not test his Kidney function when he was up there before. Talked to the old grumpy bastage on the phone and he sounds like his normal every day self again. Actually he was in quite a pleasant mood. I think he likes it up there with all of the Hot nurses and all of the attention that he's getting. They have great food to. We ate in there cafeteria last time we was up and it was damn good food. Will update when I find out more. Thank you, you beautiful strapping ladies and gents for the prayers and kind works. You really have no idea how much it is helping. No updates. Called our local Hospital and they say they can not give out patient information without his consent. How the hell does that work? He's my dad for fucks sake. Going to call our family doctor early in the morning and have him find out what is going on. Don't know if he's alive? or if they are keeping him down there or sending him back up to Conemaugh to there Cardiovascular center? nothing. The b-word that I talked to in the Emergency room was very fucking rude on the phone. ("I'm sorry it's against the Law to give out Patient information" Click) I think it was my brothers friends psycho ex wife. She works down there as a receptionist and she is completely fucking psycho and bonkers in the head. Hope he's ok.

I need to shoot @pitbullpete some more. That mofo knifed me earlier. Hey it's a wonderful stress reliever so don't hate. Calling down to the hospital to see if they need us down there. Not much gas in the car but I have 5 gallon in the shed and enough $$ to fill the tank.

My Dad was just rushed back to the Hospital. He wasn't eating and when he did eat he would throw it back up within minutes. He was complaining of mild chest pain but HE assumed it was related to vomiting so the grumpy stubborn ass did not say a word to me or Mom regarding it. I called 911 again and they came out and put him on there portable heart monitor. He's having cardiac problems again. EMS said that the 2 arteries that they ballooned open might have partly closed up again. They are going to take him in and do a bunch more tests and crap this evening. Hopefully they find out wtf is going on and can fix it. The grumpy fucker does nothing but lay around and bitch and moan about shit and never says anything to me or mom about not feeling well. He's always been that way. Some times I wish I would of not came back home when he had his double bypass surgery 15 years ago but I just can't do that to them. We love him so much but he's sooo "all knowing" and self centered to give a shit about us. Me and mom are very very shook up. It's hard to type but I'll update once we know more.

Manual patching does not work if the game is on steam. Right click on the game and select Properties. In the (Updates tab), Make sure that "Always keep this game Up to Date" is turned on. Then go to the (Local Files) tab and click Verify Integrity Of Game Files. Once that is done restart your PC and restart Steam. If it is going to patch COD4 it should start auto patching as soon as steam is loaded up. Hope that works. There is no need to reinstall any game on Steam unless you tried to manually install Retail patches.

Most video card problems that I have ever had was caused by 1 or more of these 3 problems. Rarely have I had a video card go bad and not had some sort of Artifacting or screen tearing long before the driver crashes. #1 is Bad memory Memory can be damn hard to diagnose because 99% of the consumer memory diagnostic software out there does not test video addresses. #2 cheap ass power supply A power supply might be rated at 1,000 watt but most of the cheap power supplies have multiple (4 or more) Low Power 10-16 amp Rails. You need a GOOD power supply with 1 or 2 35amp+ power rails. Especially for AMD hardware because they tend to use a bit more juice then Intel or Nvidia. #3 heat from excessive dirt buildup or a dead fan or a constricted computer case. My Dell XPS 420 (intel core 2 quad Q6600 4 gig ddr2 240gb ssd and 2tb 64mb cache WD black) that I have loaded up with Win 10 is my Media center PC. It has a cheap Nvidia GTX 550ti card in it but I had to upgrade the power supply. The original 350 watt stock power supply lasted a whole week before it popped. The power supply that I have in it now was in my main PC for about 2 months with a R9 290X (cheap Thermaltake TR2 850 watt POS) It started locking up after about 10 minutes of gaming. Works fine with a little GTX550ti but not a power hungry R9 290X and overclocked AMD FX 8350. Now the Dell is having issues with memory again. The screen freezes and the audio loops while watching movies. I have it loaded up with Kodi 17.6 and No Limits Magic plugin pack (which is the biggest and most plugin loaded free build out there) I Have to pull the plug or switch off the power supply when it happens. If I pull 2 of the 4 memory sticks it works fine but it's slower then hell because (windows 10 doesn't run well with less than 4gb) To view your crash logs in Win 10, type in Event Viewer in the start menu. Navigate to Windows Logs > Application, and then find the latest event with “Error” in the Level column and “Application Error” in the Source column. That will tell you what crashed. 80% of all video card driver related crashes are usually caused by a bad stick of memory, cheap ass power supply, Overheating, corrupt driver, OR improperly seated CPU, faulty motherboard, and faulty CPU. Because the PCs memory controller is on the CPU now a days instead of having it integrated into the motherboards chipset it can be a little harder to diagnose memory related issues. You can try to uninstall your video card driver and do a clean driver install but I seriously doubt that it will help. This tool will completely uninstall and clean all the crap that's left over. Make sure that you go download the newest driver for your video card 1st. Then unhook your PC from the internet (so windows update does not install a driver automatically when you restart) and run the uninstall and cleanup tool.
