exhaust. pull that air out of the case. i had to divisible the fans and mount the radiator on top with fans under pushing air through it rather pulling it. I have the same cooler or about the same.

yep sounds like heat.. make sure the heat sink has the heat sink compound and the fan is installed correctly. Needs the past to transfer the heat to the heat sink. If that is good check your memory.
