When I was in the US Coast Guard Ii became a Telephone Technitian TT3. My job was telephones, wiring, computers and much more. Like you telephone poles which I hated. I was slated and knew this could happen to go to Alaska and part of the job was change light bulbs on 500 foot Loran towers. It is safe to say I got the fuck out of the Coast Guard. But soon after the gave all the towers to Japan. I should have stayed in. I would have retired in 1999. That was a scary video. Them guys have big ass brass balls to say the least. I always take a new pc like what you are speaking of and get the original media from say, dell, HP and other so I can install a clean OS. They dont like giving it to you as they want you to make copies from the PC but it only cost $15 bucks from HP and you get original media and you can bypass most of that shit on reinstall. They put shit on their to monitor you and you dont even know it. Sounds like SPYWARE is it is.
