Why can't you just say your prefer the guns a certain away instead of being a condescending asshole? I had a conversation with another member on this recently. We agreed we could fully accept if there was a majority that wanted less accurate guns and there was a minority that didn't. Nothing I have seen suggests to me this is the case. 

People clearly liked the acr/saritch/smr. In my opinion as I've said countless times before we could have tried to improve some of the other guns to give people more of a choice and bring balance that way. That doesn't mean I want "zero-skill noob guns". ESC recently did this, good group of players. Your own bias has so badly clouded your vision on this you can't seem to see it any other way. Why are you right and the large percentage of us who like these so called "noob guns" wrong. Just because you say so? What makes a gun a "noob gun" or "unbalanced". Who gets to decide?

 

jup but to make it fair we put the old mod on the current server  so  the 146 without any  tweak s and load the new mod on a other server no redirects from any server  to both just see what happens

Just a little post for those that complain that I added too much "shit" to the mod.  Thought about this but decided against it. For fairness it would require a friendly UAV to transmit package locations that it couldnt see.
 
 
Now in actual fact, this was just something I hacked together for fun to see if the scripts for the SAM could actually do it. As you can see it worked quite well but not without a couple minor problems. Nothing insurmountable however. With some more work it would be able to fire at sentries, snipers on top of buildings, even other SAMs. Would be funny to see two SAMs attack each other if the circumstances were exactly right. Oh and any player trying to get the package would be killed along with it.
But get out the popcorn and imagine the screaming. 😁

Somewhat of a sticker shock but off I go to WDW in mid October. Just after the 50th anniversary stuff begins and also more things open up post-covid. Also various Halloween things. Been three years since my last extended vacation, partly because of covid of course.  Cost wasnt too bad considering its Disney, and there is always the air fare, but actually a bit less than when I was there in 2006 and with a better room and an extra day. They are not fully out of covid yet so there are modest deals to be had. And of course now there is Star Wars and Pandora among other things. No Marvel though, and no 12-midnight magic hours, which is a bummer. But 9pm, at least for MK, is good. Might check out Celebration to see what its like.

Unfortunately no titty bars in disneyworld. Cant have it all I guess. 😁

thats the same trick they did  putting on the new mod it works good

no robmc the old mod was put on a diffrent server when the new mod was uploaded  but it was also changed a little settings where changed   it did not play the same  point is they put it on a diffrent serv while the new mod was put on the main server 
but the new mod had the same thing it was put on a other server and it dident get any traffic cuz people went to the main server this is just the way it goes no one wants to do a 3 vs 3 or 6 vs 6  so they follow the crowd

@Dessy 'Double Dutch' is a saying in the UK where you can't understand it, i.e. 'he was speaking Double Dutch to me'. As you have probably noticed people from the UK are not the greatest at languages, and Dutch is one of the hardest to speak. Hence double Dutch is twice as hard to understand as even normal Dutch.
We also have a less complimentary saying of 'Going Dutch' i.e. if you went for a meal each individual pays their share of the bill, no good when courting.

Back in the day i managed   the best freezetag server in MOH spearhead  in europe  we where  nr1 on the gametracker site for a decade   untill the gamespy service was ended  (meaning the main server list was terminated)  i still have the server files  and client files we can set it up on XI  just need to load it up and change the passwords in the rcon and change the servername and msg

All stock maps can be set to a christmas setting (meaning the sky is made to dark  and there are chrristmas lights evverywhere and christmas trees
All stock maps modded with extra,s teleports in maps and weapons spawns
 ingame ccustom admin console  wich gives you full control within the game by pressing F5

Perhaps the poll should show who voted for what. In the interest of transparency.

I don't have a problem being transparent about it......I voted old.  The new mod combined with the release of Modern Warfare is the reason I stopped playing on the server.  There is just something about the newer mod that I don't like. Actually a few things about it.  I've been one that has been vocal about it to some of the admins, not here on the forums, but on other platforms (WhattsApp).  I was and still am willing to give it a try, I just think the older mod runs more smoothly and isn't congested with all the "extra crap" in this mod.  One of the things that made the older games nice (in my opinion), is the fact that there weren't a buttload of options, perks, settings, whatever.  you just played.  Didn't need to bind extra keys to steal killstreaks, drop trophy systems, etc...  The movement on the newer mod is just clunky.  The old mod ran smoothly, and definitely felt quicker and more responsive.
 
Sammy, You do great work.  I just am not a fan of the newer mod.  BUT, that is only my opinion.  Being a past server admin of my old clan's server and helping tweak and run mods, I fully understand that you just can't please everyone.  Thank you for all your hard work trying to do just that.  

Definitely agree with this, kinda ruins it a bit when you get noob tubed from across the map else.

That's far too easy for this lot, the truth is with most of them is that they won't join a server until it is populated, no waiting for other players for them. The joke is they then join any server they see with players, even if not the one they want to play on, oh no, no waiting around for them, they are special. When we are playing on the DM server and ftag is empty do they wait on ftag for other players, no they join the DM server.
You are perfectly right, even though they have what they want on another server they won't populate it, they would rather join the other populated server then whine. Now I like both mods so couldn't give a fuck what I play, but lets suppose the mods are swapped round and the new mod is populated first, will they play on the old mod they voted for?
