its not u dean....lately when i been playin on the ace mod server i see alot of people just being campers..and i thought the ace mod camping wasnt allowed...just what i have observed on there..and is one of the reasons i not like playing there much ..just thought i would help keep an eye out on the server from time to time as shortage of admins on the server..

dreamtown...just fyi...is a server killer everyone wants us to skip it...too big for ftag i guess takes too long too play goes full time limit everyround..like i say just fyi...

its goin to be better to wait it out til next windows comes out...win8 is a mess...way too many bugs..especially with older games...really no point in using win8 i mean really win7 is goin to be good for long time...win7 is atleast more stable and no issues that i have seen ever...too many people having such issues with win 8...and that is why its not friendly user...its alot easier to use win 7...is all been trying to say..but you want to bash me bout not using win 8..i have indeed used it and yes there is start menu but its not markd like previous ver. of windows...alot of people dont know enough bout using pc to know how to figure things out on their own...i will continue to recommend not using win 8 because of the issues it has

yea they are not fully compatible with win 8 that is why....win8 not same kernel as win7 and xp.

Well what we know is that on board Realtek sound cards will cause this problem for just about anyone, i have not heard of this problem happening to other soundcards like Soundblaster etc but i am not 100% sure about that, maybe someone using something other than Realtek can post and let us know please. not necessarily linkd to realtek...just fyi i ve seen in multiple forums when i was looking for a ifx to this myself when i first started playing...and noticed that alot of others had other brand of sound cards that had same issue..i think its just with on board sound cards period...but no for sure..

i ve never heard anyone say anything bad bout win7...and it is not ridiculous solution to downgrade if its not workn on the new os and it does on old..and the person using it doesnt know that much bout win8...if i was u i would downgrade to win7 until u can figure win8 out...do some research bout it first that what i do b4 buying any new os or pc program...always got to research to see if you benefit from it or not..personally dont see much different between the 2 except that win 8 is set up for touchscreen and doesnt have typical desktop screen...i personally dont see any need to upgrade to win 8 unless u want to go touchscreen...win7 is awesome and will be for few years to come..

win 8 just out right sux...its built and designed for touchscreen pc....and is not user friendly...its not even friendly for a pc tech...that is why i didnt want to get it...love win7 never had any issues with anything working properly on it...one other solution is ...are u running cod4 in admin mode...only other option would be try consulting with hp themselves to see if they can solve ur issue or microsoft themselves..i dont know that much bout win 8 never even set at pc with it i dont plan on it either...im stickn with win7 its one of their best yet...win8 bomb!!! sad to say

chances are that cod4 is an older game and is not compatible with win 8...try rt clickin on the cod4 exe icon on ur desktop and click properties..then click compatibllity tab then select win 7 or vista mode and see what happens there..otherwise u can always downgrade to win 7...only thing i know to try as i have not yet goin to try win 8....as i not liking they way it looks...

just tell them to prove it or shut the fuck up...end of story...dont worry most of us admins wont ban u for someone accusing u without proof...i played with you many times on mw2 ftag i know u dont hack...dont know the setup on cod5 to vouch for you there but im sure u dont cheat there either...but if someone constantly callin u a cheat u do need to take it up with the game admin so they can deal with it as that is not tolerated on our servers...

there is no password for mw2 ftag server if u cant get on just xfire an admin to make room for you my xfire usually on whether iim on server or not
