    Ccleaner is what I use and it has a registry cleanr built in with it as well as a uninstaller for pesty apps also Malwarebytes for rouge malware/adware....I would also like to mention Gamebooster v.2 and as always Avg2011.... These all I have used for years now and besides her needing a blow job every so often they have always worked very well for me
