I just did a dell for a friend with exact same issues as you. It was a slim line and one could not "easily" put in a 450-500watt PS due to space availability..... so I simply moved motherboard and drives to a used Dell standard tower.......bought a 500W power supply from newgg for $22.00 and a ATI 6670 for 84.95 and PRESTO.....works like a charm. All you need is a power supply and you'll pay more at Dell for the same supply fyi. Best of luck with it
