Gulf County scallop season opened this past Saturday! And well, damn if they are not just delicious! Sweet bay scallops OMG! very simple, a stick of lightly salted butter, an awesome little smacking of fresh crushed garlic, 1 fine diced jalapeno, 1/2 of a yellow onion....sauteed for just a few seconds 20 maybe..... add some white wine and some black fish seasoning and serve over angel hair pasta! also a salad with spicy Italian dressing, DAMNIT MAN!
it's WELL WORTH all the pain staking crap to get to the end!
