Thing is: BMI says I'm still 30 lbs. over ideal weight. I haven't seen 175 lbs. since I was 19.

Astounding it's been 25+ years since my Freshman year of college. Ran across my very first Psych. book from that year. Took Developmental the next...& Aberrant Psychology the following year. All those wonderful tomes that prompt one to posit: OMG! is that me?! =D.

Down to 207 lbs. Still need someone to do crunches for me, though.

Easy to make. Fried breakfast sausage, and fried hamburger are great to have on-hand in the freezer for: lasagna, chili, to throw in to a dish as the protein portion....took like 12 minutes to make. A little garlic and cracked pepper made it nice...

Oh shit! You're the first I've heard mention Thomas Covenant. Any time I've mentioned them over the years, nobody's known of them. Interesting twist in that the protagonist is an anti-hero & traveling between two intertwined realities. Up there with Tolkien, imho.

Been tracking them on camelcamelcamel & finally snagged them on the down-cycle; saved $20. =D I do love a good deal! They're really bright too, but are aimed properly at the road & not into others' eyes. They have an adjustable collar so you can focus the beam properly. Would recommend.
