    Getting stuck with semtex is a bitch also. But it does mean you can go banzai on the one that threw it and maybe take him with you when you explode. I wonder if I made up a bonus for that.

    It was too hard to control and make reliable. Tried to make it so but its outside of what the game engine would allow. If there is one thing I learned, people in this server like to try all kinds of silly shit and its a constant battle to make sure people dont do stuff that fuck things up.

    Pretty sure it will do it for anything using mp3. Note that mp3 is used for a lot more than just music.

    Sometimes people... such as myself... just dont know. Sounds like a pretty beefy card that will probably handle anything for several years to come. Specs suggest you will also need a monster PSU. TBH you might not find someone here that actually bought one.

    Ok thx. Weapon mismatch errors can usually be fixed. Blackout should be 3 of 5 rounds. A couple settings were wrong yesterday and fixed but perhaps the server hasnt been restarted yet. Anyways, Blackout hasnt been played for a long time on this server and its possible client-side one of the map files is corrupt. edit: mismatch error happened at home. One of those things I didnt check for. But adding the map to the server setting for it seems to take care of it. Setting will take effect next restart. Thanks for the info. Helped find a quick resolution to the problem.

    Will be adding three additional maps for best '3 of 5' matches. xi_islandsv2, xi_blackout_day, mtl_the_rock Both xi maps are relatively big but also pretty open. mtl_the_rock is also pretty big but no wide open spaces. Likely too big however for anything longer than 30 minutes.

    Oh and BSG. The new one, not the 70s one. Fringe. The first and second seasons of Heroes. Its animated, and starts off slow, but The Clone Wars is a good show.

    Seen the first four of The 100. Its not bad. But the premise of sending down teenagers, or younger, alone is just a bit off.

    Do not put them in the mod directory. Pre-patch versions of cod4... and maybe 5... were like that but later patches changed it so all custom maps go in the usermaps folder for both the server and the client.

    Mods will lower that amount as well since memory required (not server/client ram) is a combination of the stock game, the mod, and maps. So the requirement might be more than the game engine will allow. Windows is more forgiving but still has the same problem. If so, you will get out of memory errors. If a map wont run with a 'wrong version' error then its either for the wrong cod or the map was compiled for an earlier version of cod5 before certain patches. In any case I am unsure if a localized file is always required. But it might be.

    Should still be there. If not, I will add it back. Because Woodland is full of trees... and some just cant fight in trees... I made it shorter. But if it works anyways I will keep it as 5of9 in the future. Thx.

    ftag players are the wrong audience for that sort of game. They want mostly non-team + run-shoot-die-repeat. If you took away the requirement to defrost then its just dm but with only 1/2 of the players to worry about. As it is, suggest that nobody should die by having his big toe shot off and whoa boy.

    Not really 'sciency' sci-fi but Orphan Black. Best to start from the beginning. More of a 'contemporary techie' sci-fi but Mr Robot.

    As always trailers can make most things look excellent. Even shitty games. Take away the %90 of the trailer that is made up of cut scenes and things dont look all that unique. Except no hud. Maybe that is intentional since it is termed 'competitive' and would be interesting. Makes me wonder what a true competitive ftag would be like here. Probably full of bitchers.
