sounds if usb conflicts or socket is broken, in device manager can you see the usb dean does the mouse pad still work ? if so go to laptop site and check drivers are up to date -

check your local electronics re-cycler or the dump are sure its the motherboard does it post without any drives connected check psu if nothing happens

just over a month new G19 display rebooting constant found out poor installiation of USB and power cable to KB if yours is doing this just need to remove cover by taking all the screws from bottom out then add some electric tape to USB circuit board and wrap the loose bare strands of shielding wire that's near PCB another thing feel cord where it goes in to KB, if warm you have a short cause the low voltage an screen on/off constant for not enough power to keep it on Logitech too cheap to insulate bare wires or use silicone

blackwidow need to check win10 firewall: Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Firewall NOTE if using anti-virus program they have control of it just go in to Allow program/App through firewall, point it to PB folder in activision folder also mp.exe (internet game) in main activision floder services: by alt-tab-del , open task manager then select services TAB in there look for " PnkBstrA " check if running also pnkbstrB also is this a steam game? will find game folder in steam
