Damm salt water eh now thats going to rust up your inners Well I think our servers are set between 250 and 300 for a ping if you go over you get teh error message server is for low pings only. I'm sorry about that. Its not because of the players we want to be playing with but if we raised the allowable rate the server would also start to lag from all the high pings. The reason we set the rate at 250 t0 300 was to allow all the EU (losers) To get in and well its been down hill ever since. The Brits are trying to teach me engalis silly buggers. So If I may ask what server would you like to play in and we could ask the head admins if maybe we could try and raise the set ping rate for a test ?? I would have to say though that it might not work wel for you at that ping. A ton of lag makes for some bad gaming.

easyest way to find out if its heat related is to take of (facing the computer) left side panel. Its 2 little screws on the back real easy unscrew them and pull the panel back. Then get a small table fan and have it blow air into the computer while she plays. It she doesn't crash its a heat issue. Then come back here and say ya or na. Very simple and fast way to see whats what. Shamu I thought you were going to have your son change the power supply ??

Whats happing is your game is closing in a non traditional way(ie; screen goes black then back to game thats a crash) when you change maps.So when the game goes to load the next map the server see's your already on the server and trying to get on it again which you can't do so then it gives you the qport error. A qport is 28960. This was suppose to be fixed in patch 1.5 I think. How to fix it well thats a big question. You have to find out why your game is crashing when you change maps. I would start by turning stuff off one at a time. So play the game with no x-fire and see if it solves your problem. Then turn off your antivirus and try and so on. Update punk buster, See if it happens on just one server or on all 4 servers. All I can think of good luck.

Traffic on the post or the server because if its the post the englais have a hard time pronouncing dare words on a typerwriter ordinator. On da server its because they go back and reload the game because da thunk its broken because ping is in the double number.
