  5. Forgive my ignorance! Is that a pork loin? Are you making pea Bacon or back bacon? EDIT: Looks might fine! I'm thinking one of those little crispy bits on the top would go good with a couple of fresh eggs and home made bread toasted!
  6. Great looking pizza once again!
  7. this is the best I can do lol!
  8. These are LOW cal too! The bottom crust has 1 cup of shortening, 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, blend/cream together press in a 9x13 pan, bake in a 350f oven until golden brown. While the crust is cooking mix2 cups brown sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 4 tablespoons of flour and 2 cups of sweetened coconut short cut or fine cut. Mix with a blender until smooth. Add to hot crust after the crust is golden brown. put back in 350f oven bake until golden brown. We prefer ours cooked until the edges are crunchier.
  9. These are an old favorite in my Family. We call them The Boys Squares. I got the recipe from my mother so I could make them for my dad. He's been having a rough time but some days when he has an appetite I think he will enjoy these. They are his favorite.
  10. These Coconut Squares are the favourite for my dad and brothers. In our family we call them the Boy’s Squares lol. Very excited at how good they turned out. Wife would kill me if she sees the picture of her oven before she cleaned it. Men don’t care about that lol.

  12. Welcome to the forums from New Brunswick! I suppose with the lockdown arrives on the 26th you’ll have plenty of time to play. My oldest brother lives in Napeon. I have 2 sisters living in Orillia and one brother living in Kemptville. A very Merry Christmas to you and your family. Stay safe during lockdown.
  13. Rob I’m likely guilty of talking too much. I was likely traumatized when I was a kid. You know I had to respect elders, not act like a spoiled kid do what I was told, got a whack or a slap when I acted up. You might remember Rob when kids weren’t allowed to be complete little shits. When they were they had consequences to pay. Oh those things my parents taught me paid off. I’m self sufficient, have zero dept, own everything I have, have a great loving family. I guess those slaps paid off. Wow I guess I can stop seeing my virtual Therapist. I just cured myself. I’ve also been rambling too much in some of my posts but hey again I’m old lol.
  14. To my UNTRAINED eye it almost looks like the video has been speeded up! I’m old and my eyes aren’t as good as they used to be. I even tried to close on eye and it still looks like the video has been speeded up. Remember you better watch out, you better not pout! You better not cry I’m telling you! Santa Clause is coming to town. He knows when you been lying? Not sure if this last line is correct, again an old age thing!
  15. OMG, you might have good point! Some prima donnas I suppose. The Mute button can be a good friend at times.
