I know what you are going thru been trying to get my ISP to fix my latency problem for about 2 months...They changed out the card yesterday and that didn't solve the problem so will probably take another two months for them to try something else...Good luck with yours, I hope it gets resolved faster than mine...

About five years ago my brother was bitten on the stomach by a brown recluse...He almost died...He had a rotting hole in his flesh about the size of a coffee cup where the bite was...There is no anti-toxin for brown recluse bites...Antibiotics are used to control infection caused by the rotting flesh...My brothers bite and treatment made the medical journals as a miracle that he survived...These spiders are everywhere in the southern U.S. and because of the mobility of our society are showing up in other areas of the country...They are indeed nasty little critters that meet the sole of my shoe every chance that I get...
