You were temp banned in order to get your attention.  We are going to lift this temp ban on 2/22/24 under the condition that you play within the rules of our servers.  This is not a jump server, so strafe jumps, bounces, etc. are not allowed.  Also, no FPS should be set higher than 250.  We do not allow 333.  Consider this your only and final warning - if you continue to get to places that most other players cannot, then we will place a permanent ban from all of our servers.   

Lighstout, thank you for your patience. I was the admin who banned you and after consulting with the rest of the admin team we all unanimously came to the same conclusion, the permanent ban will remain.
Unlike other appeals, I am going to explain in detail the reasons why we got to this point because I think you still don't understand.
You have repeatedly violated the requests of several admins and moderators of the game to keep our servers free of political comments. We have informed you repeatedly that we prefer as a clan to stay away from political comments of any kind, this is a space free of that.
We have records and proof that you have 4 different GUIDs and on two of them we have Temporarily Banned you, in the year 2021 and in the year 2023. On both occasions, we were very tolerant with you but we warned you that you must respect the standards of our community.
You kept coming back to our servers, with new GUIDs and we accepted you without further ado, But despite this, you started political conversations again that we have records of and recorded audios with political propaganda. 
Your confusion lies in the fact that we do this for political reasons and that's the problem, this is an international clan, and many of us (including me) have little to do with that or even almost no interest in the politics of your country.
We are governed by very simple rules of coexistence, you have violated the rules of our community and the lack of compliance with the requests of the admins has led you to this situation.

I found the Gamecon 818 on eBay but with shipping it is more than the Razer. And I found the Razer at a local electronics store. I think they have a 30 day return policy so I am going to give the Razer a try.

I feel the same way. But I can't seem to find in ear/mic combo that plug into USB. I found some that plug into 3.5 mm but they aren't getting very good reviews.

I'm not sure about in ear options but, I got a JBL headset a few months ago and the sound quality is amazing.

@Wild Fire I had trouble with my headset microphone. I bought a microphone with an arm for about 40 bucks and I’ve never had anyone complain about mine.  Was cheaper than buying an entire new headset.

That usualy happens when you are hung up on the server and try to rejoin. So in effect have 2 of the same profiles running
Most hang ups happen loading new maps
From the load server screen use  Tilde `/quit and that should then exit both profiles from the game, not always.
I keep my eye out on the player stats to make sure people aren't hung up and I kick if they are.
Once kicked then you can return easily

As you all know Dad passed away September 30/2023. Mom has been in a nursing home since August 2023. Dad and her were supposed to meet there but it was not to be.
On March 05/2023 Mom was rushed by ambulance to Emergency care. She was suffering from pneumonia, a UT infection and poor circulation in her legs. Mom passed away at 1:00 this morning.
Dad at 91 and mom 88 after 69 years of marriage they are together again. Their pain and suffering in now over.
Although sad our family is so happy they are finally free.

    When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? When I was a child I wanted to be a singer and an actress. I went onto fulfill those career dreams.
    Where have you lived? I’ve lived in New Orleans Louisiana, Metairie Louisiana, Laplace Louisiana, Kenner Louisiana, Memphis Tennessee, Nashville Tennessee, and now I live in Kankakee Illinois  
     
    What got you into gaming? In my 30s I ended up having cancer three times. To distract myself from the pain and depression I started playing a game called fear. It’s an FPS horror based game.
