So after the last 737 MAX 8 crash, many of my fellow idiots sought me out and asked “why”. I did my best to explain, but I never flew this plane. I only flew the ancient 737-200, and I never liked it. I have since found this video which gives pretty good explanation. There is going to be a lot of people in the hot seat on this!

Thank you for hijacking this post @hxtr. This is a story about an incredible act of humanity during an inhumane time. It's a story about a boy, now an old man, who has lived every day of his life remembering what had been done for him. It's a story about a man who knows he can never thank those men, but has found a way to do so. As a result the lives of many have been touched in a positive way including mine and a few folks who have read my first post. Please just let this post stand for what it is meant to stand for.

As a kid this man saw a B-17 flying towards him. He could see the pilot waving and thought the pilot was saying hello so he waved back. The B-17 flew over his head and crashed in the trees killing all on board. This man later realized that the pilot was probably waving for him and his friends to get out of the way!
