Hello addy and welcome. being a new member myself as well I can certainly agree with Reload to let the folks get to know you here. Get a headset with a mic or just get a mic with some speakers. Let us know a bit more about yourself and let the admin's hear you talk.

I googled it and found a few things but I dont think it is the install of the game.. Try going into you device manager and completely remove the sound option and let windows find it again. Also go to the manufacture web site for that sound card or motherboard and see if there is an update for the driver. Most times it is just an old driver issue with a newer game. Hope this helps

CHKN, First I would try another keyboard. Replace the obvious first. Next please post your system specs. Thats gonna help us alot. Depending on whether you are running an older system or not you could try lowering some of the eye candy in the game to increese FPS

I know it may be a little late but it happened to my dog. I called the poison control center and they gave me the simple answer. Take a spray bottle and fill it with water add 1 teaspoon of bleach. Spray the dog or any animal...cat... and the smell is gone immediately. You can even spray the carpet. Just be carful not to get in their eyes. This works the bomb. UNFRIGGEN BELIEVABLE....it has such a small ammount of bleach it will not turn the carpets white but if I had to spary furniture I would wipe it down with a damp cloth after. I swear by it.....IT DOES WORK and oh so simple!!!

An elderly gentleman.... Had serious hearing problems for a number of years. Would need the OS that you are running.. It might be in windows itself, try to see if your mic is setup there first and the volume is turned up enough. there should be a way to test your mic settings is the sound opptions in control panel. If that does not work repost with you OS you are running and I can look further and try to give better direction.

I play Hardcore a bunch. In the past week or so myself and whoever was in with me agreed to use shotgun only(and granades). OMG what a differance No camping, no silencers and of cource no spawn killing. Makes for a faster moving game. Colbyis would you be willing to take a look at that when you have time for just the small levels like coast, excavation and stranded. There is a level called boxed in that I feel would be a good canidate for hardcore. Small map with very little place to hide. When you die with a weapon it does not spawn back and by the end, all everyone has left is pistols (and fist). Just a suggestion if you can find the time of course. Thanks

eeee.wrong answer. There has only been a couple of instances of that while I've been there. (and I'v spend the most time there)By the way thats what admin like to do is straighten folks out when that happens. In fact the ONLY time I saw that was with the c44x group and they have been banned. As far as the camping is concerned on just the few of the larger levels it is almost imposible to run and gun. You might as well committ suiside. Its just a bit harder to sneak around and walk or crawl and use the eliments around you for cover. Hence the name Hardcore! I have even suggested to the group that we use shotgun only. Now that was fun! Talking does work most of the time, we are all adults. So try to learn some differant tactics. It takes some getting use to but once you do its a hell of alot more fun stalking your opponent than just running into a group and taking out as many as you can before you bite the bullet.

Doesn't any XI members want to play? I miss getting my ass handed to me St33l, Dollardog, Hogan....just to mention a few. I spend alot of time in the server by myself just waiting on players. NOT FUN...I might as well be jerking off, I'm by myself anyways, Oh wait a minute..nevermind. TMI. Whats amatter are you all affraid? Dont be a bunch of sissys. Come over to hardcore.........LOL
