Nice Rig...........Try removing your video driver completely and doing a fresh install after rebooting. If that does not work remove it again reboot and install an earlier version of the video driver. Its a trial and error thing! And no I dont think that the issue is with Crysis its an Nvidia game. Dont know too much about COD5 I dont have it or play it. Sorry

Try going to the device manager and removing the drive from your devices. Restarting you pc to see if it reinstalls the right one. The Crysis Wars DVD is 6.58 GB I would beleve thats a double layer DVD. Make sure that the dvd that is listed in your device manager is the right one or it will not read it. You could always go to driveragent or driverbot to have that site do a driver check to see if you have the right driver installed for YOUR DVD. You do not have to buy it just use the site to check your drivers. If you are useing the wrong one your DVD may not be compatable with win7 or you could always go to the web site for the make of your dvd and download it.

Could you tell me what you system consist of? If your useing two video cards

First try removind the memory and reseeting it and the same with the video cards. Remove the sound card and boot it up. Do what ever you did before to get the blue screen to see if the problem persist. If it does not then it may be your sound card. Have you updated your BIOS? Check to see if you have the latest ver..........Blue screens can be tough to figure out sometimes,

I fell that Hard core was the best thing yet with crysis. The person that thought of this should win an award. Not only is it hard core but it is so more life like. It might only take one shot to the head but it does take several to the body. This is one place I can actually compete in. Yes I will sit in a spot for a bit but its not as ersy as it looks. You have to be very percise and if you would try to take a really long shot you need to allow a second or so travel time. On really long shots I can accually watch the bullet travel so just to sit and snipe is not that easy. Like in alot of levels in the regular way with the suit modes alot of people just set in an area and protect that. Removeing the silencer I dont think would give out your position but only by sound of the shot. Maybe instead of spawning with it you sould have to go find it. As far as showing where your enemy is when you get shot all you have to do is look at the bottom left of the screen you shoud see all shots taken from there. I like the fact that you wont know where they are at and have to go looking for them. I also found that the best time to play was in the am here (eastern standard time) around 7am or so. And its alot of fun when there are lots of players. Less places to hide for everyone. I really hope that this level can be part of the Crysis fest on the 20th. Something I want to be a part of. I read on this forum that someone was complainig about bunny hopping and there were 4 or so pages I think of razzing to the guy/gal about the complaining. Till finaly someone stated just get use to it thats the game. (hear-hear) So if you really think your that good in Crysis Wars come over to hardcore and see just how good you are because in hardcore it will show. Hence the name Hardcore. As far as spawn killing I'll have to admitt on several occations I have but only because I was right there and had no choice, it was kill or be killed. If someone is doing that meybe try talking to that person? I've seen that work. Come on over and we can have some laughs and fun. Someone set a time and I will do my best to be there. Just let me know. I have just started playing crysis for the long term instead of every once and a while. Hard core is the cats ass!!!

Also I would like to add to X-Ray that I found in crysis control panel when i enable the multiGPU setting the number 1 and 2 works fine but as soon as I change to 0 the screen gets all blotchy with white. TKS

Count me in too please....What time and how can I get the password? What is the chance that this can be on the hardcore levels. That is appsolutely my favorite place to play. It kind of even things up for us old men with the slower reflexes. Please-Please-Please!! Not that I mind getting my ass handed to me by some 11 year old but its fun to be able to get a kill in every once and awhile.

X-RAY I downloaded and installed that xconfig. Still not sure about it. Video runs really well now(no complaints). not sure if is that or having to go through the control panel in crysis everytime I start, and enable MultiGPU support. This is what i do in control panel:

Just please remember doing this is at your own risk. But if you follow the directions as stated it may just work. What it does is kind of melts all the solder points at once and i guess resolders them. My friend also warned me that if there are ANY capsitors with plastic tops that they really NEED to be watched while baking. They tend to melt and pop if in to long. I also read that doing this on certin boards that contain led in them can omit gasses that are not good for you. So please dont stand there with you face pressed up against the door watching it and make sure you have good ventalation when doing this.....just a note to all! But if you have one that your just going to thow in the dumpster it may be worth a try.

SgtHarryWeezer, Hey got the video cards in the mail today Had a friend bring his toaster oven over that has had good luck with it andwithin 10 min fix the broken card!!!! I sent you a bank check this morning for $60 ( I wanted to at least coveryour shipping cost) Here is a link where I found out about this neat trick. My friend has alsofixed an xbox and a laptop motherboard. Also about 4 other video cards doingthe same thing! Skillet, children are the joy of life. I had four myself, six if you include the two with the flings I had. My 21 year old son commited suiside last year and I struggle with that every day. I am greatful that at least I was able to hug him and tell him I loved him about a half hour before he did his deed. If I knew what he was going through I would have never left him home allone.
