Thanks Budman. Just because you sell a lot of trucks doesn't mean they are better, generally people buy what is cheaper and they get what they pay for. I would think for quality that it should mean how many trucks are still on the road, not how many sold. What I hated about Ford's was their steering, I test drove a couple back in the 80's and even brand new they had 6" of play in the steering wheel. That was normal for 20 years or so. I almost wrecked a couple of times when I had to borrow one, because they couldn't steer worth shit with a load on. Why would I like that no matter what brand they are. I really can't say about the newer ones, I gave up on Ford's years ago. I would love to have the GMC Sierra with the fancy steering. That would be awesome. I think that they all are over rated, price wise.

Thanks Sun Tzu. It seemed to help keep it busy too. Good move.

Well everybody has their stories to tell. Either brand has their problems, you can get good or bad with either brand. I have a 99 Chevy K250, 6.0 Liter engine. I also have a very large boat that I tow with it. Last year two guys were watching me pull the boat out of the water on a very steep boat ramp. One had a newer Ford and one had a newer Dodge and they both said that they wouldn't even attempt it in their trucks. I have literally pulled a dump trailer with 25,000 lbs of wet mud, up a hill. GVW was about 36,000 lbs. I used it for ten years as a construction truck. It has about 170,000 miles on it and it still rides like a car. I have test drove Fords as well as I have owned Fords but I never had one that could even come close to my truck. I know other people will tell you similar stories, but the opposite brands. It is hard to beleive that a Ford is more expensive. Ford advertises that they are number one for 30 years or whatever. But there are more Chevy's still on the road. Ford was number one because they have customarily been cheaper. GM paid back their government loan, so what if they needed help, most of us do once in awhile. I would also be cautious of buying a Ford for that same reason. They probably did like Dodge did back in the 80's, made a cheaper quality rig because they were low on money. Where as GM took the money so they didn't have to do that. It is your choice, just go with your instincts. Weed through peoples stories and decide. I am just biased, because I have had extremely good luck with GM.

I don't beleive that it is strictly a router issue as far determining how many servers you find. Mine changes all of the time. Somedays it will be 700 other days it will be 12,000. I would think that has something to do with how many people are trying to access BO and the time of day and so fourth. Or even the carrier. That may be an issue in some circumstances. But most of us never have to worry about how many servers we find. There is only three that are important. That is XI's, so why worry about how many servers you can find.

Good work Mule. Glad to hear it when anybody can land a job now days. I worked for GP back in 1977-1981. Was making $10.00 an hour as a jitney driver. Started a new job as a carpenter. Then when back to the mills again for 8 years. Ended up being head lathe operator and quit to become a general contractor. Good luck. They should be paying pretty good. In the south I heard they pay less than they do out west.

Nice family Mule.

I had this same problem everytime that Black Ops ran. I tried just about everything and nothing worked. Sux Tzu posted a fix to some BO problems. I went through the list just like he posted and for some reason it fixed Window Explorer problem. I don't know why, but it helped. http://www.xtremeidiots.com/fora_topic.asp?tid=14418 It has only happened to me once in the last two weeks. In TS3 my mic would stay open. I had to restart to get to my rcon. After I played the game it always did it and now it never does. So this helped, might be something in there that someone can figure out why this worked. Good luck
-
Thanks Sun, That worked very well for me. I was having problems with several things and that fixed them all. I had an error message that said windows explorer needs closed or restarted My mic in TS3 would always stay on I had some lag when I would go to shoot somebody it was like a strobe light And a few minor issues This fixed all of the problems and these things would only happen when I would play Black Ops. That was very aggravating when I had to use the rcon and I had to wait to restart windows explorer. Rick thought it was a flash drive issue. But what ever it was it is fixed now. Good job

I watched your wedding for 1 1/2 Hrs., I didn't understand much of it but I got the jist of it. You will probablyl be glad when you can finally do the next step. That was a little interesting. We got a lot of static noise, once I turned the volume down it was a lot better. Was your future wife in Pakistan? Not to long ago, before webcams you wouldn't of been able to do it like this. Good luck my friend and I hope that you have a long and prosperous life together. Maybe XI can chip in a get you a higher quality webcam as a present, if that is what the problem was. Thanks for sharing that with us.

I would vote for almost anybody over the present piece of shit. Hell I would vote for Sarah Palin's husband, he tells her what to do and all of that shit. Besides he won the Iron Dog four times. I still can't beleive the american people voted for this fucking jerk. Over John McCain, WTF John McCain is like a hero to me. If you have ever watched his biography, you would understand more. He was kind of a rebel at Annapolis. He wasn't afraid to speak his mind or vote againest party lines or to vote how he wanted and not the way the Republicans wanted him to. I hate it when people will vote down their party line, whether it is something good or not. Strictly just for their party. No one party is perfect. So you can't vote for just your party if you want it to be right.

Congratz Funstick, You have been a good friend recently and you are a terrific person. I will be there for you, as you have for me. This should be one of the most memorable days you will ever have cherish the moment and love. I am really happy for you. I take it you got her hooked on the berries. lol Good luck my friend and best wishes to both of you. I set up my username and password, but when I go to log into the video area, the enter chat window asks for your username and password, it comes up that the username doesn't exist. Is anyone else have any problems with this or any solutions. I got it, thanks Funstick. I didn't see the registration under the chat registration. I was just being an Idiot.

There has been and there still is and there always will be shit that goes on that people don't like. Whether it is hackers, accusations of hacking, not enough Admins, too many Admins, somebody said this or that or whatever. Most of this is just petty stuff that isn't worth getting your feathers in a bunch over. Part of it is that Welk wants to be an Admin in BO. Bitching and whining ain't the way to do that. Sorry Welk that isn't meant personal, just an observation and opinion. We have plenty of Admins for Black Ops. The Admins can't be there all of the time no matter how many you have. When I play I rarely see another Admin. Unless it is Hardcore kicking my ass. Just because somebody is having a good kill streak, doesn't necessarily mean they are hacking. I hear it almost everytime I play. Someone thinks they are getting the short end of the stick. That could be true at times but most of the time the other people are just better. When I play in DOM mode I usually kick ass, I am consistently in the top three. FFA I am lucky to be in the middle. It also depends on the map or circumstances or whatever. Everybody has their up days and their down days. Unless it is pretty obvious or someone is complaining, I don't think it is worth getting all rilled up over someone being good. And how are you going to have definate proof, it is hard to draw the line even when you spec the guy. I will be more than happy to do what I can to help the members of XI. But there has to be some common sense involved to. It isn't fun for people to listen to people bitching and complaining anymore than it is fun for someone hacking or disrupting the game. That is where it is a judgement call on the Admin's part. And an Admin's decision may not always be the popular one. We can't just go off half cocked, because that ain't fair to anybody. If anybody needs help. then Xfire an Admin. Make sure the Admins are in your friends list, in Steam and Xfire. Thanks MasterLixx, Sun Tzu and the rest of you for your opinions. That is what makes us a family and what makes XI work. And when Greywolf speaks people are supposed to listen.

I have been there, not that bad but bad enough for a tow truck, luckily I did it in dry sand. One time my step-brother got a brand new truck. We went driving on the beach and got stuck, it took a long time to get it out and by the time we did, the water was under the truck as we finally got it loose. Or a minute later we would have been like that guy in the picture. Didn't even have a license plate yet.

OMG I am scarred for life. I don't know why I even bother looking at this crap. I just have to see what people are posting for Chile. -
At first it is like wtf. Then it is obvious as hell. Don't try to look to close and he is right there. Good one Johnny

Futuristic, the concept sounds good, but I don't think they could pull it off. As fucked up as they are, they couldn't pull themselves off.

That is a cool gun Shamu. I had a great collection going but then I had to sell about a third to pay bills. I always wanted a AR-57 but I doubt that I will ever get one now. In most states long guns or shotguns are not registered, only pistols. When a dealer calls in for a background check, he is only mentioning the type of weapon, shotgun, long gun or pistol. There is no actual serial numbers involved. A lot of people think that when they fill out the yellow paper that the gun is being registered, but no it isn't. There is a mention of serial numbers when the dealer has to give the government his reports, but that is not a formal registration process. That is just to account for the disposition of the gun. If you get a gun from a private party either at a gun show or wear ever then there is no peper trail at all. I know that you have your C&R and on your bound book you have to list whom you sold what to and where you got any C&R weapons, but if I buy a C&R gun at a gun show I just put down gun show. If I sell a C&R gun then you have to put down who you sold it to if you have that info. So there is a lot of loop holes involving gun registration. I would say that at least 75% of the guns sold have little or no paper trail.
