I wasnt making a big deal of it...was just saying.... but since you bring it up it seems that on every topic you have suggestions on how things should be run or when to close topics and how to handle appeals and such...its great that you have such an interest in XI that you have all these suggestions on how to run things and the webmaster thing and all, but so far upper management is doing great.... This is starting to get political, but when Upton Sinclair started his crusade for American Workers it was necassary for Unions to protect workers....To day the Union bosses are thugs who dont even consider the feelings of its members....a vast majority of the strilking union workers didnt even WANT to strike, but the union bosses went ahead and forced a long established business to close.... I belive in working hard and retiring with enough to enjoy the wonder years but some of these unionized positions have 3 retired people for every one worker...so basiclly we are paying for 4 people to do one job....how can any company survice that? Unless of course you are the US Government and just take the money from other places to pay all the retired employees.... Really...should I be able to retire at 45 with a lifetime pension and health insurance? while I get a part time job that pays me cash or whatever??
