The action gets very intense (but then I am used to dying a lot, playing Cod5 here! ). I see what you meant about the graphic movie scenes! The game doesn't require 1GB on the video card, btw. My 4870 with half a gig works fine, though I have left the res' at 1024x768. I am yet to try out the MP as I was too busy on SP, last night! I'd have to agree with thr reviewer about the rougher graphics and annoying features too. If everyone isn't standing exactly where they should be, the game doesn't move on. Awards

A lot of clutter on the maps makes it a bit hard to pick out opfor if they are not moving. Right now sniper class can dominate maps, but Kaos says they are nerfing the sniper rifles in the upcoming patch. Hit registration feels better than BO or BFBC2, you hit what you aim at. They say there is no hardcore mode in the game, but their "softcore" mode is 1-2 hits and you're dead, so it doesn't feel any different than BO hardcore. The ingame Battle Points has potential, but it's a little clunky managing all the information and you can easily forget your options in the middle of a firefight. Some of your weapons and equipment (like flack jacket, RPG) have to be purchased with battle points each time you spawn, so you have to do some prioritizing with your points. Each time you die it takes you to a spawn screen, where you can select to spawn, or it auto spawns you in a set period of time. While you are on that screen however, you can adjust your classes while waiting. Maps are good size and there are lots of spots to fight from and it will take awhile to find them all, so I don't think the maps will get old too soon. I've only played TDM so far, and I die alot. I mean really, ALOT. But then I always die alot so there's no difference from any other FPS in that regard. Anyway, my take is that it's a decent game with potential to improve if they continue to support it.
