My cousin installs them and it it labour intensive and a lot of little tricks to it. Get a profesional installation. Its costly but without the headaches. Just my opinion. Are you crazy. you will need alot of heavy equipment for that. My folks had one installed in Plano and they actually had to blast the ground cause of the solid rock formations in the ground. If they are a good contractor then they will have no problem giving you some customers to get a recommendation from. Find out how long they have been in business. Check the BBB and see if they have any negative complaints against them and also ask to see a portfolio of past projects. Most reputable contractors will give up all the requested info with no problem. If they balk at any of those, I'd walk away on the spot. As far as pricing, you can be looking from anywhere starting at $12,000-to sky's the limit. Just depends on what shape, depth, and features you'd like in it. You could ask them before you pay for a test hole, or maybe the town engineer will know the height of the water table for your area. Pebble Tech will last a long time. Not sure what their warranty is though. The gunite you will have to redo every 10 years or so. It's a little rough on the feet but you get use to it.
