The onscreen prompt told me to press "Mouse 4" to exit. I have a gaming mouse with lots of buttons - pressed them all to no effect. Tried "Esc" and that didn't work. Is there a console command to return a player to the join team screen? (As it was an unhandled exception crashed the game and I had to run it again.)
