Great job Trolloc! It's definitely hard to "not" gain weight when you quit smoking. Coming up on a year for me now and I've gained a few pounds and hoping to keep it at that lol. Trying to eat healthier seems to be working for me at this point. Keep up the great work bud and get your arse in TDM. We miss smacking ya around LOL!

I'll agree, good work Trolloc. Can't help getting older, but damn the idea of falling to pieces. I learned long ago that dieting sucks. Love food too much. If you want to maintain a waist size, you just have to work harder & burn more calories.

Way to show will power! Now get your buffed ass back into COD. Nothing more fun than listening to your bitching while you get shot.

All I can say is wow , I too need a new body I'm 50 now and don't have any problems with from the neck

up and the waist down lol but that damn mid section , I need to loose 100lbs and seeing you and your

accomplishments have imspired me , thanks for the photos and info .

nice job!!! a while back i quit for 15 yrs and did the same, gained a lot of weight! 5'8" 240 lbs,

during my divorce i started to smoke again, for about 6 yrs,

i havnt smoked in 6 plus months and am still keeping the weigh off( so far) 175 lbs last time i checked

so hears hoping and good luck!!
