Apologies if i am talking to anyone today then i suddenly leave either here or in game, i got a new super (lol indeed) hub broadband connection yesterday but today i keep losing connection, longest i managed online so far is about 10 minutes, sending an engineer but not until tomorrow to sort it out. :no

Hey Sob i have the same superhub ...i was talking to Baldie and he gave me a few tips... One is to disable the firewall in the superhub.. after i done this it worked 10 times better but i still have issues with it and have had engineers out.

IS this the VM media HUb?...if it is there are afew settings that may need altering....me and Mikey1799 have had issues in the past but have managed to sort them out.......PM me and I might be able to help....

Can you share some of your settings with us all coolmd there has been lots of problems with the VM Superhub. The only setting on the superhub i know to change is the firewall disable which helped me a lot and did see an increase in performance.

It took me 3 months with the Verizon folks over here to get our situation resolved, and I have a business internet connection with FTTP (Fiber to the Premises/Curb).
