No one has mentioned or pointed us towards a news report of his psychiatric assessment.

One hopes that the judge was sufficiently competent to close all doors to an appeal.

If not (obviously depending on the legal system over there - it does vary from the mother country's

in many ways), some slick sh*t lawyer could potentially spring this miscreant back into the lap of

society.

Seems the USA shares an attribute with North Korea.  Ironic.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Use_of_capital_punishment_by_country

So.

We also both enjoy Air, Water, Food, Music,Having fun, Chasing the Old Lady round the house with our dick in our hand, . . . . . and it looks like we both utilize the death penalty to remove certain criminals from society.

What would be the reason behind posting this information.

Is it because you are aware that the North Korean Government has repeatedly threatened the USA with a nuclear attack and this fact has made most Americans dislike North Korea thereby flaming an American response to your post?

well

not from me

I am an American and proud of it . . . .  . Death Penalty and all

Giving the state the power to execute people without allowing full access to the justice system is a very tricky thing. Once you start giving them the leeway to start making changes there might be some that will push for taking away access many might consider very important. Have to be careful about the tyranny of the majority acting on their emotions. This guy will get injected, electocuted, or whatever. Hopefully all of the above.  But any changes made so he can be killed faster will remain after he is gone. A woman this week just got released after 17 years in prison for a crime she didnt commit.

Make one small change... such as allowing banks to get more involved in the stock market... can nearly bring down an entire country.

I agree Sammy.

I get a little pumped up over these cases but in the end I stand by the "system" and let it run its course . . . . .we have to . . .  its all we got.
