If not can you hook another device like a PC or laptop to Modem after reboot of both? Might try a reboot of the router and modem first to see.... but if you have other devices that work... See your if your Ip address is 192.168 or 169.254 . Also open up a command prompt and ping www.google.com See if you are getting out to the web.

Try unplugging the modem for a few minutes and restarting it. A quick on and off sometimes isn't enough. Also try what Hxtr suggested and hook it up with a wire and you'll have your answer.
