I wonder if someone may have an answer as to why? Do you mean Windows restart on system failure? If so, that can be toggled on or off and you should be able to enable it if it is disabled. You have to have a program or setup a task schedule to do so unless a windows update kind of thing. So you need to provide more information.If you want to set a time for your PC to reboot you can do so with what I told you above. Setup a task that shuts down the PC. I guess each app or whatever you call them has their own reboot program or triggers the windows one and that's when it hangs up at 99 or A3 whatever those mean! Does it say you have other programs running type of thing? ... if so that is normal. 99 and A3 mean nothing to me. You would need to do a screen shot or something. Not sure what they refer too but if I knew then I could probably tell you what you need to know to help me! I saw this in a class I took once but my memory is so bad I didn't retain the whole lesson!
