They are genuinely entertaining & fun to see them open up after becoming comfortable in front of the camera. You can tell by looking at their hand that they are hard working folk. The joy in his expression & demeanor is nice to see. Mid forties is considered old by their standards as they don't have such great health care or nutrition in backcountry Pakistan. Brings me happiness that the revenue from the channel bought that one dude some teeth. His pure joy is transformative for him; he's a much happier person & a humorous side to him is hilarious. He says in one episode "See, now I can eat in style." Too funny. And that Chaudry dude, his facial expressions are more emotive than anyone I've ever witnessed. Omg, that look of betrayal when they give him sour shit to eat ; priceless. Then there's dude with the stache & all those rings; head of his tribe I believe & full of a stylish joie de vivre that's surprising to see in such a remote, agrestic locale. And the one guy who always explains how something is good or bad for cough; he's hilarious, too. Don't know where they find such original characters, but they're refreshingly entertaining.
