Thing is, the people bringing the fight to the other team afford the luxury of the snipers to sit back in the relative safety of spawn. The smart snipers will have a car in their pocket to defrost. If the team's snipers are just looking down their scope at the other end of the map, the team's toast once the spearhead players are taken out.
