When someone we know is in trouble we feel lost and do not know how to help them. It's so easy to sit and judge and say if it were I this is what I would do. I have learned through the school of hard knocks that is not the right way or proper way to think. If we just take a moment and consider the situation and ask ourselves this one question, "If this were me how would I want to be helped?"
