I know this is a pain but you can with patience recover your Steam account! It is true the games you bought via Steam the Game Keys are locked to that account but if you can remember the email you created that account you have a good chance of recovery! They may even make you verify the pc you are using now if you have upgraded or whatever! Like I said you have to have patience! Any more questions please ask and someone more than likely has experienced it too! lol
