This is a needed follow up repair from 8/27 and hopefully the last
Upcoming maintenance early 8/31 will cause short connectivity blip!
Between 12:30am and 2am EDT on Sunday, August 31, we plan to replace a PDU (fancy power strip) that is no longer responding properly at your service location and rebooted all its connected equipment spontaneously on 8/27. This is a PDU that we replaced once before, and this replacement also failed in a different way -- an extremely unusual scenario
This is a headsup that you can expect to interupt service and game play

RIP Jim! He was a great friend, and player. He was always so out going in game. He would come in and always say " Howdy Window" I regret that we never met in person, becuse he only lived an hour and a half away. We just could not make it happen. I remember a tornado going thru his area some time ago, and I called him to check in, but got his voice mail. The next day we talked on the phone and all was good with him being his old self. "Morning Window" I'm good he said. He was always so fond of his wife lori, and talked so wonderful about her. I remember when she passed, and that was very hard on him. It was so clear how much he loved her. James RIP with Lori.
