For your argument to hold water, certainly you would be policing the forums and alerting the webmaster to any post that could be potentionally offensive to other XI members (in the spirit of consistency of course). You make no attempt to hide your feelings about American politics and gun ownership. How would you describe Americans who don't agree with your views about Americans? Foolish? Perhaps you're not saying it out loud but you certainly come across that way, and as foolish as your posts look to us simple minded, gun toting and God fearing Americans, you don't see us attempting to have any of your posts removed or changed to a forum that the majority of XI member don't read any longer. I was once doing so well on a map one night that I did my best to ignore the pile of dog shit my 16 year old lab just dropped on the floor next to me. I pulled my shirt up over my nose and fought through the stink. It was worth it, I beat spanky. That's why I now say my dog just took a spanky.

How long ago did you get the flu shot? I guess if it was very recently it might have been too little too late. At least you get to stay home from the in-laws and game on XI. I would much rather do that than drive 3 hours on Christmas day like I have to do this year to visit my in-laws.

Bart was probably winning. It would take a power outage or the end of the world to pull me away from a map when I'm winning. I've told my kids to shut the hell up and give me a few minutes on more than one occasion.

There are simply too many people in the world that would ignore pleas for help from a fellow human being in need of assistance. People don't want to "get involved" or risk their own safety. It doesn't matter if you happen upon a bad car accident before help arrives, helping somebody from a burning building, or like this man putting yourself in the line of fire. Minding my own business while somebody is at risk of losing their life has never been the way I live, and I think most of us here on XI are the same way. That man in New York that was thrown onto the subway tracks a couple weeks ago and was killed while hundreds looked on infuriated me. I don't necessarily blame the man who took the pictures because he was much further away than it appeared in the photos, but all of the people on the platform that watched it all happen should be ashamed of themselves.

These sources all believe the video is a hoax. Some even pointed out that there has been snow on the ground in Montreal for a few weeks and obviously there is none in the video. Others have stated that it's not even an eagle, probably an osprey or vulture, neither of which would grab a kid or even a pet for that matter. Somebody pointed out that there a 3-D animation school in Montreal and they hold an annual event called "Hoax the Internet".
