I've got alot on my plate these days: Youngest is getting married, Mom is in a home and I go feed her everyday, my wife and I are talking Divorce, work and just life in general. I really miss you all ( Not you Spanky...you suck) but family first right??? I'll see you when I see you... if not then then sooner. Well...It all started 2 yrs ago when I quit smoking. First came the weight gain then came the self pitty,self loathing and laziness...now comes the reward. My goal way back when was to be in the best shape of my Life when I turned 40...well I fucked that one up so my new goal is best shape when I'm 50. I'll be 46 in August and still have a ways to go but I'll get there. the first picture is My wife and I at a Stag and Doe last summer.

Thanks everyone...Now that the "hard work" is over it doesn't seem like much but isn't that how it goes, going through it seems like murder but once your out the other side it's " that wasn't so bad" The hardest part was to stay in the moment, to focus on today and today ONLY and not look at the mountain I had to climb but just that 1 step.
 
If I had to pick one thing that helped me the most it would have to be changing Doctors. My old Doctor didn't listen to me...not one fuckin bit. I wanted certain tests done and he refused because I wasn't 50 and didn't have history in my family. Well see you fuckin later alligator. I changed Dr.'s and now I see 2 Doctors and 1 is better then the other. My 1st blood test a year ago was 22 viles + a 2hr glucose test...that was unheard of for me. But now all levels are normal plus once a week I get a testosterone shot and a B12 shot and I feel like I'm 25 again...No more Viagra, no more arguements...I'm like that guy on the Enzyte commercial. I tell ya Brothers don't treat the symptom ...treat the problem. I did and I feel 25 again.
