I totally agree Flash, it seems odd that it took them so long to ban the product when it deemed to be one of the most dangerous baby product on the market as far back as 1994. My girls used them when we lived in the states and by the time we relocated, they grew out of them and my wife and I didn't give the ban a thought.

I think they were an issue years ago. They had very mobile wheels and that with a flight of stairs meant to many fatalities for young children. Deaths that could have been prevented. As a parent Flash, no one in Canada thought anything about them being taken off the market.

Hey Steve, I had to consult my wife on the issue. Her response was "it's not child neglect but a question of lack of supervision". "Child services would end up paying them a visit but only to shake their finger at them".. She said this is no different if the child fell out a two story window".. I hope this helps.
