I assume you were in ACE mod, yes? Kill cam is a buzz kill in that environment. Not only does it give away location of the killer, which isn't so good for the killer.. but it just doesn't flow well in the fast paced game of ACE. In fact, I don't think we kill cam in any XI server (not sure of that, but don't think so).

I wasn't there Hoots, but I have known you for a very long time and I value your opinion and your friendship. I apologize that this happened. I have heard A-Chuparla get nasty a few times before, but not like this. He doesn't speak English very well and it is really hard to communicate with him. I can guarantee this, He will talk to us about this issue and he will understand what is expected from players in the ACE mod server. Again, sorry for the problems. Ya, you can do all that... but it would be easier to get a case that you can mount the PS with the air blowing out of the case (coolermaster haf series.. PS mounts in bottom 'upside down' to blow air out of case'). IF you are a bit limited on funds, you could def do the things you mentioned to get you by. Good Luck!!!

Great Job Wildbill!!! I built a very similar rig a few months back with the 1100T. Same mobo though, AND you may be happy to know that you CAN sLi Nvidia cards.. or crossfire Radeon cards on the Asus crosshair IV formula. I run two Radeon 5870's in crossfire myself, but I have a buddy with the same mobo and the 1090T that runs two Nvidia GeForce GTX 470's in sLi just fine. Hey V.S. Don't worry, we are all Idiots here Talk in game, like pwrcrzy said, is just Z key. Some games, like COD4 freeze tag or other 'team' based, you can only communicate with your team. In ACE mod, you can talk to everyone. If you want to use Teamspeak, there is a good tutorial on their website. 8.9.7.236:9182 is our server and general password is 'crappy'. You may have to do some set up on your computer to get your mic working right, just hit one of us up on xfire if you have it and we can walk you through it. You can find the xfire usernames of all admins on the main page, at the top.. tab says 'admin xfire details'. I just got home from nightshift, so I won't be here long. We'll get ya going if you have trouble.

Damage_inc- that server might be fun if you lower the speed to a more realistic speed.I say vote on that. Not a chance! Speed is what helps make the XI COD4 ACE mod server what it is.

Yeah... get rid of all weapons except desert eagle pistol and knives.. This is the second or third round of posts in a month or so about the tubes. I understand your pain, but it ain't going away. Tubes are like a fad.. they come and go. I actually think they have calmed down a bit from the amount they were being used a week or so ago. The ruins map is just made for it.. you know.. the big ole map with broken bits of greco/roman type buildings everywhere. Hell, I use the tube exclusively on that map.. but it's just so fun. I don't win a round (usually) when I only tube.. it's just a bit of fun. Try not to take it so serious.. it's all in fun. I've gotten a bit miffed at tube use before, and went and got me one.. and it was quite satisfying to hear the 'thump' and see peeps blown to bits. Give it some time and I guarantee the usage will wane a bit.
