  1. My condolences to you and your family Laszlo, I am sorry to hear of your wifes passing. I don't know what I would do without my wife, I can only imagine the quandry and feelings that you are going through. I pray for strength and peace for you and your family.
  2. Wow, those Triumphs look Great! I still miss mine... I had a 72 Triumph Trident 750, 3 cylinder that i bought off the showroom floor. Most powerful bike I had ever ridden... and it scared the heck out of me more than once. Enjoy yours my friend.

  11. My condolences.... This is hard, I can only imagine at this time. My thoughts are with you and your daughter.
  12. Scoby... yeah, My wife has 2 or three gallon jugs for the Kombucha and the Scoby. What we do is collect them for awhile and then take them out and put them on a double gill and place them in the sun and let them dry and get leathery. Some I have to cut in pieces, as they are large, and then give them to our Akita for a daily treat. She Loves them. My daughter has "6" Blood Hounds!!! and we give them to her for them as well. As they are getting Kefir and the occasional scoby, I think these dogs could digest cast iron!
  13. Timmah, have you ever looked into Kombucha Tea. Great stuff, my wife and I drink an 8oz glass at our evening meal. She makes it herself instead of buying the bottled version.
  14. Great Stuff! My wife has been making it for several years. We eat 2 meals a day with a Smoothie in between in which is the Kefir. Our gut health must be great and I have noticed one good thing... Farts Don't Stink! She adds it to our Akita's kibble in the morning and at near 14 she is doing great, and farts don't stink!
  15. Alas, I am just outside the totality and in the 90% zone. I did get to watch a good total eclipse that I was dead center of just outside Richland, Washington in the mid 70's. I took 2 #5 welding hood lenses and took a small piece of cardboard, cut a hole and taped the edges of the lenses too it. Worked like a champ. It was still a little bright, If you can get lenses that total 11 it would probably be better. Enjoy
  16. Well PaPa Dean, I use a Corsair K70LUX. Best keyboard I have ever had and has lasted me for years. Knock on Wood, I think it is indestructable !
  17. Amen, Phuckitman! I don't know what I would do.... without My other half, she is my everything.
  18. Praying for her at this time, and Phuckitman as well, If it were me I would be very anxious. Like Sgt.Smeg, I know a few who have had this procedure done... with great results.
  19. I think this is a great way to remember those that have gone before us and that made Xtremeidiots what it is today.
  20. And here is another Welcome Back ToySoldier. Just curious, what part of the county are you prospecting.... I spent many years in the Washington Blewett Pass area.
  21. I like this a lot. I have always used Belarc Advisor... and I like it a whole lot! Now I have 2, Thanks
  22. That is a great find! I have been metal detecting for several years, and have found some interesting items. I have a White's Gold Master and I got it to use on the gold claims that I was a part of at the time. The claims in that area had been worked between 1896 and 1911 and produced $11,000,000 at $8 dollar gold price. What was neat is that I found a buried trash dump and as I started going through that I found all kind of old stoppered bottles and about anything you can think of, including a Winchester rifle that had been burnt..... gave it to my father-in-law and he hung it over the fireplace. In that area there is a lot of free gold, real fine stuff, and there is flake and small nuggets especeally near the old stamp mill and tailing piles. Anyway, I gave my interest in the claims to the other guys when we moved from Washington state, to Ohio and then to Alabama. What I am in the process of doing with the detector is going to some of the old Confederate battle sites, that's what I will be doing in the spring.
  23. Wonderful Fairytale... if it could only be true!
