Just get rid of the ambient sounds. There are a couple other maps that have similar problems. All of the maps with Ambient sounds and music tend to cause some sort of problems in COD4. Either to darn loud or that is all that you will hear. It blocks out gun fire,grenade explosions and forget about hearing any foot steps, that's not happening. lol That 1 map that plays and loops (Metallica - One) over and over and over and over. It's an awesome song but after a couple repeats my ears feel like they are going to bleed. And you can barely concentrate on playing. No wonder everyone snipes on that map.

Don't mess around. Something caused it to happen. The day before dad had his heart attack he was feeling weak and light headed. The dumb ass didn't tell anyone. Next morning he started having dry heaves and was losing consciousness. They life-flighted him up to our local cardiac facility. Doc said he had a heart attack due to complete kidney failure and extremely low blood pressure.

You might literally need to blow the cobwebs out. Constantly Driving like a 80 year old grandma will carbon up O2 censors. They have to get hot and stay hot for a while just like the converters to work properly. Other wise they will carbon up. If you unhook your battery before you take it in they will know. It shows that the stored codes were cleared because the battery was disconnected. Most shops around here will not even inspect a vehicle that has recently had the codes cleared. It could take up to a week or 2 to normalize depending on how much the vehicle is used and how many heat cycles. Some vehicles will normalize after only a couple thermostat heat cycles and some take much longer. You can use a scan tool to tell you when it's ready but do not use it to clear any of the stored codes if you need SMOG inspection. Once the entry that shows that the codes was cleared goes away you should be good to go.

@Labob It's a good map but the sound is ALL fucked up. There are constant ambient sounds that are so loud that you can not hear anything else. Can't hear a grenade land at your feet or even hear the damn thing go off. Ambient sounds work ok in COD5 maps but tend to glitch out on COD4. The 1st version has random spawns. IMO that is unplayable. Especially when people quickly figure out that all you have to do is spawn and back up a couple of feet and camp where you just spawned and spawn kill the shit out of people. That's horrible.

Damnit Wiggles you better get yourself better. Don't do that again.
