i almost gave mine up a few times............. it was worth our mission. But man was it close. I was not fighting a war (thank God).... i was saving lives. Well worth what I gained and I would do it all over again. Some vets have sacrificed so much.......... I only gained.

what do you think Wizid.. i do think there is some value to this but to heal anything. To me that means the foods we are eating might be helping us get the diseases. You think food can fix my ADD, dyslexia and Bi-Polar? I have to take one med for BP and it help big time.... and I am sure proper food would help as well. I get plenty of exercise... and that does helps. For me health food cost so damn much. I dont think what I have is bad... I think it is normal. Way to many people I know with it... i have my own theories on the subject. But what about cancer, MS, diabetes and so on? I am sure it can help but what is the key. How do you find this good food?
