it also make ppl hate you,,and that is something that should not happen,,,ppl get to pissed off because they cant shoot you,,,to much butt hurt, Like you they take it way to seroiusly.

first off members only should really have a say,,second if we are leaving our server to go play somewhere else what does that say about our server? third if said person that is way better then everyone else and is the problem and is a member,,I thnk that is diff,,,a member is a member,,take that to an admin only. Members are voted in with out members real knowledsge or consent(voting) so if someone is a known high end player the members had no input into them becoming a member and then its on the admins that voted them in. This is domething that i personally dont agree with,,members should have a say in voting for members to be. There is info that members may have about this person and it does not get related to the admins.

mp_omcbrest_ffa can this map be removed,,its really large and everyone spawns in same place both teams and the rest of map does not get played, it would need about 30 ppl to play the whole map.
