Robin was one of those rare individuals who could put on a mask to conceal it in public, but in private he was a tortured soul. I lived within a few miles of him over the last 40 years and probably saw him a dozen or so times just around town and being a normal person. The first time I saw him around 1980, he was more like what you would see on TV and in movies, really crazy. Then as the years progressed he was more reserved and quiet, rarely cracking a smile but still plesant and always a gentleman. The last time I saw him about 4 years ago at a local pizza joint, he looked at me and asked if we had met because I looked familair, and I reminded him of the first time back in 1980 where my girlfriend at the time and I were tending to his bleeding and scraped up nose which he got by diving into the shallow end of a pool at his mom's condo complex where my girlfriend worked.. He remembered me and said "what the hell happened to you"? I said old age, and he chuckled.

Lemmy from Hawkwind and Motorhead died yesterday while playing his favourite video game, only 2 days after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer...now that is aggressive.

Wife gone away for a night so I went and got a quick banger tat. She has been complaining I dont have any tats about her. Have a few for the kids, and things I like, then she heard I was getting my forearm done with this (MY Favorite Band is Monster Truck) Its gonna be
a big tat taking up my whole forearm. She was not too happy. I guess it doesnt help when I said 3 tattoos ago that I wouldnt get any more.

 
 
So she is gone up North for the night with her family, I am home with the kids, So my daughter and I ran over to my buddy who has a tattoo shop here in town and got a quick tat done for her. Our wedding cake was 2 hearts together and said Two Hearts Joined As One so I got a tat of two hearts interlocked with our wedding anniversary date. This should calm her shit for me getting a huge tat on my arm LOL

 
Hopefully this gets me laid and not slapped when she gets home tomorrow LOL
