Blues screen usually means software failure,before your ordered new un ,should have tried clean install, aka uninstall ,go to C drive remover folder for card, Users Appdata[ yes in there to] shut down restart run CCleaner registry twice remove all traces,then reinstall new driver

Try using Battlenet to go into game,instead of activision,as for Trekvinger issue had that months ago ended up reinstalling,wiped everything to do with game from hard drive inc regedit,but get him to try a clean install of graphic drivers, go into all of C drive and remove all traces drivers and progs,then reinstall fresh drive for it, if finally you do get in lower all the settings and gradually increase each one till it crashes... also it does not like dual monitors for some people also one other problem is the Nat needs to show open,qiute crafty Activision installs open port on your router,if you access your router go to Forwarding in the UPnp you should find : DemonwarePortMapping External port xxxx Protocol udp Internal port xxx Ip address 192 xxx x xxx status enabled[ yes left the numbers out incase there related to me] if not your Nat will be restricted.. I would hench the bets Winodws is corrupt,as said had same problems,downloaded W10 to use direct from usb to install had nothing but crashes,mainly blue screen all security issues,in end re downloaded another from MS used Home instead of Pro no crashes or freezes,one of the other problems faced was Windows worked fine till i updated it,so as said went and used new download and different eversion...Also DONT use W10 to format if its a ssd! uses there programme

go to control panel bit showed you up top, open System at bottom left theres Security and Maintenance open that , click on maintenance,under that it will have Reliabilty History click on that shows whats crashed failed etc, as for MW, option graphics reinstall shaders try that

ok try this ,restore it back to an earlier date,if it was an update chances are it may correct itself: Win 10 click start scroll through apps to Windows System open Control Panel-System on top left Advanced system settings- System Protection Tab-System restore open it pick a date roughly two weeks back...see if that corrects it.....
